The "Guide to UCA Moving" contains the following charts, worksheets and forms to help you plan and execute your campus move:
  • "Quick Reference Chart" - on page 1 explains types of moves, how long you can expect a move to take, what forms you need to submit, and under what conditions charges for moving will be levied.
  • "Moving Process Worksheet" - on page 2 step-by-step guidelines to help you identify and plan for critical dates pertaining to your move. This includes links to forms and other departments you must contact.
  • "Moving Request Form" - on page 3 can be filled out on line, printed and sent to the Physical Plant Moving Department.
  • "Frequently Asked Questions" - on pages 4 and 5 gives quick answers to the most frequently asked questions.
